$5.00 per guest 12 yrs and older $3.00 for children 11 yrs to 1 year
Everyone must pay except contestants. No Exceptions! Please tell your guests.

Miss Division Interview: 1:00 PM Check in at 12:30 PM Attire: Suit or Sunday dress
Door entries for Miss Division must bring four (4) copies of entry form.

Awards
Queens: Gorgeous Custom Designed Crowns; Beautiful Silver Trays; Monogrammed Wraparound Banners; attendance and introductions at the 2007 Sulphur Heritage Festival; invitations to area events and functions; appearance in the Calcasieu Cameron Fair Parade and Sulphur Christmas Parade.
Miss Sulphur Heritage (17 – 23 years of age) will have the option of either competing in the LAFF Queen of Queen’s Pageant, savings bond or scholarship
Alternates and Photogenic: Beautiful Silver Trays Fashion and Optionals: Frameable Certificate.
Every contestant will receive recognition for their participation
Rules and General Information
Score sheets will not be posted. Include a self addressed stamped envelope with your entry for your scores only. Please allow at least 2 weeks for them to arrive. You may also email for them. Modeling will be basic “T” formation with 3 “X’s” in front of judges. Hair and make-up must be age appropriate, NO GLITZ. Bad sportsmanship or disrespect to the Judges, Pageant or Festival Coordinators will not be tolerated. You will be disqualified and asked to leave without benefit of refund. 2007 Royalty may compete if they change age groups. No age grace period or bumping up to next age group; you must compete age you are on day of pageant.
Contestants for Miss Sulphur Heritage (17 – 23 years) must be single and never married residents of Louisiana with the intent to remain, never have been pregnant or bore a child, never arrested or convicted of any crimes, and agrees to be contracted if crowned, properly dressed, groomed and behaved at all times during her reign and abide by the conditions of her contract with the Festival or she will forfeit her title and all prizes to the Pageant Committee. No smoking or alcohol consumption during appearances and reign.

1. From I-10 West, take Exit 20 north to Ruth St.
2. Follow Ruth St to the 3rd red light. There will be a Capital One Bank on the right.
3. Continue on the same street; it will curve slightly to the left and will turn into Huntington St.
4. The next red light will be Cypress St; the Brimstone Museum will be on the right.
5. Turn right on the very next street after Cypress; this will be Ash St, but there is no street sign.
6. About half a block down, there will be two stop signs; go to the left one.
7. Zigzag slightly to the left thru the stop sign and stay on Ash.
8. At the next stop sign, turn left in from of Sulphur High. This is Sycamore St.
9. The street will curve to the right; follow the curve and turn right into the teacher’s parking lot to park.
10. The doors to the pageant are just past the iron gates where the school meets in a corner of the parking lot.

$50.00 by Thursday, April 17, 2008
$60.00 on 04/18/08 or to enter at the door (No exceptions)
Sibling discount: $10 off for each sibling entering after the first contestant: 1st child: $50 and siblings thereafter: $40 each. ($60/ $50 if entering on 04/18/08 or at the door)
Photogenic is included in entry fee. One photo to be brought to Registration on Pageant day.
Do not Mail No frames, please. Name, address and age must be on the back of photo.

Entry forms and fees may be dropped at the Henning Cultural Center in Sulphur, Rhinestone Runway or Imperial Pageant Gallery
in Lake Charles or Broadway Royalty in Westlake
If mailing the form, please postmark prior to April 12th to ensure timely receipt. If you mail your form and it is not received by day of pageant, the fee must be paid again at the door. Your mailed check will be returned to you when it is received.

I agree that Sulphur High School, Brimstone Museum, Henning Cultural Center, Sulphur Heritage Pageant and Festival and the Pageant Coordinators will not be held responsible for accidents, injury, theft or loss that may occur before, during or after this event and to abide by all rules set forth above. I (we) also acknowledge that, if crowned Queen, I will be a Representative of the Brimstone Museum and Brimstone Historical Society, and agree that if, at any time, my behavior and/ or appearance is unbecoming to my Title, I will be required to relinquish the Title, Crown, Banner and all other prizes to my next available Alternate.
