Subject: Purchased Texas Outlaw madness video before pics came out.I hope ya'll got better video of the real dfw outlaw class than ya'll did pictures.I just paid 42$ for a picture from you last week and would have bought the picture I requested for more.Maybe my vehicle is just too ugly so you always take pics of the person I am running.Maybe it was another photographer that was taking pics in the left lane?

[> Troy it seems that you are disatisfied. If you have any questions about pictures please feel free to give me a call. If you have any concerns about video, Kevin Maurer is who you need to talk to. -- Wes Strom, 07:11:28 10/10/07 Wed [1]

Click on the CONTACT US link at the top of the page for our phone numbers. Kevin's video operation is entirely separate from what I do with taking photos.

By the way, having an ugly car has nothing to do with not shooting you or anyone else's car. The only ones I don't shoot is Imports.

There is no guarantee that Philip or I can catch every car's pass when we attend an event. Also there are many factors to consider as well. Example, was there too much lingering smoke after a person does a long burnout that caused the picture to not be exposed properly, was there enough light on the source, or am I covering the event for a magazine and
am only writing about a certain class of cars for which I am being paid for......

If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to call or send an email. IMHO a message board is not the place to take care of this.
