We will be the independent producer of the MS. DELAWARE UNITED STATES PAGEANT. An official state preliminary to the MS. UNITED STATES PAGEANT.

To enter, you must fit the following criteria:

- 25 years to 50 years of age
- single, divorced or widowed
- children okay
