Angelina Galvis, Miss DE National Petite, of Wilmington, was crowned Miss National Petite 2008-2009 at the national competition on Saturday, July 5th in Minneapolis, MN. She also won the talent competition in her age group. Brooke Mitchell, Miss DE National Pre-Teen, of Dagsboro, won the talent award in her division.
