They were crowned on July 5 as America's Miss Teen and America's Miss 2008. Hannah is a former state MAOT titleholder (Miss MD's O.T., 2006) and Chelsea recently moved to Texas, but she represented Maryland at the national pageant! Go MID-Atlantic girls!!!
