Without being able to communicate, its (I think) very difficult to have a relationship or relate to someone.
Maybe he has certain values you like, treats you with respect and is company.
Thats good - better than many failing relationships. It may not be much but at least what there is, is positive.

however, without the ability to talk to each other I think it would be unlikely to develop any more than it is.

You dont know why you tell us this, and I dont know why I have taken the temerity to reply. Guess thats what forums are about
