My aunt got 85 years old being a tobacco smoker and died of old age, my smoking grandfather died at 80 from a stomach ulcer. I am not in the mood to have sleep apnoe and joint pains anymore which I already had when overweight; and I do not want to develop diabetes, high blood pressure, arthrosis, prostate and chest cancer and sexual hormonal troubles.

My breathing is better and easier as a smoker again compared to what it was like with 18 kilos (39.6 pounds) too many. I still have to work off 9 kilos, and I will.
