I know the paranoia feeling. I began to notice how many threads ended with my comment being the last. At first I thought I was killing conversation, sort of in the same way as when you enter a room and everyone stops talking (so they tell me, of course). Then i realised it was just that my post was so profound, witty and basically genius in content that no-one could top it.
