- I love "crooked as sin," although my absolute favourite is "dried to a snarbuckle" as in "she left the meat in the over for so long it was dried to a snarbuckle." A close second is slieveen and I was thrilled when Casey used it in "Mermaid." (NT) -- Carla, 15:07:35 06/12/10 Sat
