Subject: I love the idea of a contest!! Maybe a true/false contest, maybe a contest/challenge on FB where everone has to post a piece of Irish history or folklore or anything Irish related to the books and a goal can be to get to 100 posts, maybe a 20 words or less contest for why you should ??? Casey, Jamie or Pat, maybe have people post their favourite Ireland/Irish-related photo and a little caption on FB. I think incentives are motivators so offering an advance autographed copy of the book would be fantastic. Maybe offer a couple of things such as Irish candy or Irish tea, a few things like that so you can spread the winnings around. Maybe a grand prize like the set of novels, but not sure you want to go that far. Oh, you could offer a coupon towards the next novel.
In reply to: celtgirl 's message, "I was thinking it might be fun to do some sort of contest as I slowly finish off the book and it goes through its publication process. I was looking back through the archives here and we've had alot of fun over the years. I would offer some sort of price- maybe an advance copy of the new book? Not sure yet, but I'd love to solicit ideas for a contest from you ladies- does this sound like something people might be interested in? I could post it on the FB page for my books and provide the link to here, to see if we could pull some new people in. What do you all think?" on 10:10:19 10/08/11 Sat
