Subject: BTW, Shannon, I suspect it's a certain golden-haired laddie that you're checking in to see. So I'm sifting through all the pieces and will post something soon. :)
In reply to: celtgirl 's message, "Oh dear, come on in- I think the latch is almost rusted shut, I've been absent so long. :) I will see who else is hangin' about here. That dang cleaning woman must be off with the sheep again, I see there's cobwebs in the corners and the hearth has gone cold, not to mention the kettle is not on the boil!!!" on 07:56:50 04/08/09 Wed

  • Alright already, I'm here, I'm here. And yes, I've been with the sheep. It's April, friends, and that means shearing time of course. I'll take the broom to the cobwebs shortly. Oh, if only there weren't so much to do this time of year and this author after me all the time to keep the place presentable... I could ask for a bit of help from time to time from Pamela and Casey, who make the biggest messes. Jamie, he's the tidy sort, but his company would be enjoyable to be sure. Well, wouldja look at that - someone's gone and used up all the tea. Ugh. I think it was Carla. (NT) -- Elaine, 08:14:56 04/09/09 Thu
  • And we won't even mention the jumping spiders in the bathtub. :) (NT) -- celtgirl, 13:17:19 04/09/09 Thu
  • Casey and I may have had a cuppa to warm up when we came in from our rambles cross the fields. I'll pop down to the shop and pick up some more Barry's Gold and a tin or two of biccies. (NT) -- Carla, 12:17:15 04/10/09 Fri
