At least you've given us Jamie and Pamela together, if only in a dream. I'm sure it's a 'wait and see' as to where Jamie is and why he's in such rough shape. At least this is a dream, and Jamie's sanity is not in question, necessarily. You and Sallie are using the term 'menage-a-quatre, but who's the fourth, Andrei or the other Jamie, the one fighting for his sanity? Or some other? I also noticed we saw many angels here :)
