3. I wonder if it is choice. There was no choice in the rape and she could not be held responsible for that horrible tragedy. However, she made the choice to be with Hagerty. I feel this way too Tracy. I wish different choices had been made. That particular choice has really bugged me. I see that as part of the plot it has certainly stirred feelings, good and bad,, but I still just cringe when I think of that situation.
