Subject: Heavy shoes- see inside

Hi hope someone can help me. Looking to get heavy shoes retipped, I know the cobbler in glasgow used to be great but I was told he no long tips shoes and I can’t find anyone else across Scotland who retips heavy shoes, any recommendations? TIA
