Subject: My dd was lucky enough to qualify at the weekend and has done previously. Don’t think it’s the teachers job to go around the hall to talk to all their dancers. Our tc tends to sit in reserved row where they sit and watch the competitions and our dancers would pop to see them before heading side stage. I would be annoyed if dancing was missed if tc was chatting to dancers in hall somewhere. Why does the qualifying always cause so much drama, it’s one feis in the whole year and even those who do qualify, probably only a fraction Will actually even recall at the world champs.
