Our aim is to provide high-quality radio programs to the sexual minority (LGBT), and try to let the general public to understand and know more about the truth of LGBT through a diversity of programmes, and hopefully the discrimination and misunderstandings towards LGBT in the society can thus be reduced. In order to ensure the quality of our services, we are now recruiting the following "volunteer-based" posts. All eligible people are welcome to join us to seek for the rights, respect, and concerns for the sexual minority. Post 1: Programme Host (Vacancy: many) Duties: Holding programmes in the Channel Requirements: Experience is not a must, but being responsible and willing to spend time weekly to hold the programme is very important. Remarks:Trainings and technical support will be provided for our new programme hosts. Post 2: Network Technologist (Vacancy: 1) Duties:Providing technical supports for computer-related stuffs for the Channel Requirements:Need to have good knowledge in computer usage, and know how to construct the webpage. Remarks: N / A Post 3: Webpage designer (Vacancy: 1) Duties:Designing, up-dating and constructing the website. Requirements:Need to be familiar with website construction, and have certain aesthetic ability. Remarks: N / A Post 4: Administrative Secretary (Vacancy: 1) Duties: Clerical Work Requirements:Need to be have good Chinese and English, and know how to type Chinese and English. Remarks: Only Hong Kong applicants are accepted at this moment Post 5: Promotion Manager (Vacancy: Many) Duties:Responsible for the issues related to the promotion of our Channel Requirements:Need to be enthusiastic in the post, courageous, wiling to try new things and have insights in the commercial sector. Remarks: This post is not volunteer-based; instead it is a paid position.The actual salary will be totally performance-based. If conditions are allowed, the person in this post will be given the annual allowance (Only Hong Kong applicants are accepted at this moment).
