National pageant dress designed by Carolyne Kiser.Dress 1 is a CK original, 2-4 maybe slim 5 worn 3 times. Comes with a little jacket pictured,spagehetti straps, and a stoned flower overlay to go on the shoulder.Paid extra and had the designer create 4 different looks for the dress. You will be able to go with
1) stoned spaghetti straps.
2) One spaghetti strap with he other side being a huge stoned out flower overlay. The flower overlay has over 5 gross of stones, just for 1 shoulder. I included a pic of the shoulder strap.
3) You many do criss cross straps, halter, or wear the organza jacket, like the stage shot.
4) With Jacket

Because of how may ways it can be worn, you can use it for years w/o getting bored.
The measurements are:
waist appro. 20-24(lots of let out room
Skirt waist is 20-24(has adjustable waistband)
Right now it is set at 20.5
Photos are attached, with and with out the jacket.

Note***This dress was originally $2,500, totally brand new condition, no missing stones, no tanning marks, totally perfect.
