【本報訊】人們愛吃的新加坡海南雞飯及肉骨茶出現「正名」爭奪戰；馬來西亞旅遊部部長昨日出席當地美食節時聲稱，源於大馬的海南雞飯等長久被新加坡等國家「騎劫」，決定短期內全數申請專利。豪情壯語一出即引起獅城老饕、文史學者和餐飲業者大喊荒謬。有本港食家指出，兩地的海南雞飯味道各有特色，但說到最好食的海南雞首選在香港。　記者：蔡朗清

我認為這樣搶專利所謂何事? 以前揚州政府為楊州炒飯搶專利, 最後給食家指出楊州炒飯是廣州廚師發明, 笑中有淚

其實新加坡有一味飯叫"香港炒飯".
