Dear Kin Lok,
Thank you for your mail. Today is my first day in my new office and using my computer, whick does not install the Chinese character input method. So, I can only use English to reply your message.
I agree to the points you have raised and they are really the very important factor which influence the success of one's career and life. I have always shared this value of life with my students.
