Subject: Meeting

We are having a meeting Sun. 01/23/11 at Raymond's in Lorena at 1 p.m. give or take and anyone is welcome to attend and voice their opinions and concerns.
I am also looking for volunteers to work the Autorama. This is where the track gets most of it's advertising. The dates are 02/03/11 thru 02/06/11

An updated website sure would be nice to have for The Hill. I think the meeting produced good ideas and gave those attending an opportunity to discuss their concerns and ways to make our racing safer and a better overall experience. We talked about lighting improvements and guardrail improvements, restroom facilities for the women,
tech inspection for the race cars, loudspeaker improvements, spectator and vehicle fencing, other safety issues, speed limits of the pit area, a sign at Highway 84, and the need to have a website specifically for the track that has current and upcoming events, point standings, etc. Too many areas to give much detail about here but expect some good things to happen.
