Hi Pete,
You offer to discuss solutions to muzzleloader issues is a great one for me. Although I have several muzzleloaders, I am a coward when it comes to breaking them downn completely...taking out the lock, removing the barrel, etc.(if there is anything more). I start to read about it, but then I freeze up. I want to take good care of my growing armory, but I need to know that parts will not spew out of the muzzleloader to lay in "I'll never get it back together again" display on the table if I take them out.
Is there anything under tension in the lock mechanism? Is there anything that will fall out without notice that has to be put bak into an exact location?
Bob
