Author: Lisa
Subject: It sent shivers up and down her spine,...

...the shreak of Brenda's scream as she cried out to Roy for help. 'Oh no,' LisaAnne thought, 'Brenda's in trouble!!'

Quickly she pulled all her courage and training together, aimed her penlite in what she thought was the direction of the scream and started to walk.

There seemed to be passageways everywhere now and the musty smell made her choke. She almost wished that Brenda would scream again..just to re-affirm her sense of direction.

Strangely, LisaAnne seemed to be hearing voices off in the distance, but they came seemingly from all directions. Voices?...or was it...yes, it was....laughter. She shuddered for a second time. "Oh Roy,' she prayed, 'I hope you heard her!' To fight off her fears, she began to fill her head with images of her friends and colleagues, how they'd be pulling together at this very moment to begin the search for the two lost souls...and she forged ahead.

*Crack* LisaAnne froze in step. 'What was that?' She stopped breathing and tried to hone in on the sound. She heard it again! Someone...something...was MOVING...and it was ahead of her....
