Music has become much less limited in terms of style and topics. Music is also a much more important part of life in the 60's than it was during the 20's and much of this is made possible through new technologies that allow music into the everyday home all the time.

Fashion has also changed a lot. It came from the traditional suit and tie to the hippie flowers and robes and occasionaly nothing at all.

Dancing I don't think has changed as much as many of the the other things. Dancing was a big thing in the 20's and in the 60's also. If anything, Dancing has become less of a group event and more of a leisure time activity that you would just do in your house.

Emotional expression has become much more pronounced therough the hippies and the counterculture movement.

Sexuality has also become more apporopriate and tolerated but it has not changed that much.
