i was looking for a way out

couldn�t find the words that
would be the extension of my soul

touched; aching

it would mean that i was in love

the eyes in the mirror reflect whispers that i am
where syllables hold the crimson of me hostage

but i run from that place, wary in my wilderness

instead, i let my mind steal and siphon the blend
that would entice and woo me gently
leaving in its wake the flat clearness of untouchable

hide the eyes that tell all
leave no mark except what you would give willingly
and take no prisoners

forget it�.i admit it�..

i am in love

and where the Universe
cups me gently,
there, so, is what sustains me

i will not apologize for it
