Breathe... in the herbs as they caress your spirit and comfort your soul, like a tender hug from a friend... Listen... to the quiet crackling of the fire, as it mollifies your worries, and sends your mind into sweet serenity... Smile... and know that you are warm inside and out, from your heart to your soul... Know... without a doubt, you are calm and filled with peace throughout...
