] Date Posted: 07:19:20 12/01/07 Sat (I added some mood music. My playing is less than stellar; so, I hope it doesn't ruin your hearing :) ) Chicken Simile Link to Audio. There’s a dead chicken in my driveway. Apparently rode in late last night. Slumped over the handle bars like, well, like a dead chicken. Don’t know where Max is. Dumb ass dog. I swear I’m gonna chain his ass up. I got a dead chicken in my driveway and a lost dog. Then Billy comes by. Stood at the bottom of my stairs. I poked my head through the screen door and listened to him tell me about his dead chicken. The one slumped over the handles bars of my motorcycle like, well, like a dead chicken. Billy’s a big boy. Apparently raises chickens. An epiphany – seeing as how Max had gone missing – that made me slump my head like, well, like a dead chicken. So I got my dead chicken head slumped barely through my screen door while Billy stands at the bottom of my stairs telling me how he ran my dumb ass dog Max - with his tail slumped between his legs like, well, like a dead chicken - out of his chicken pen. So Billy and I stick our chests out and scratch a little while like, well, like a couple of chickens. Then I agree to keep Max – my dumb ass dog – chained up, and Billy agrees to have me over for fried chicken and corn bread. Then Billy walked off with that chicken slumped over his shoulder like, well, like a sack of potatoes, and I crawled under the house like, well, like a snake to get Max – my dumb ass dog – who was cowered in the crawl space like, well, like a dead chicken. Dumb ass dog. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
