Subject: AIR CONDITIONING IN FEBRUARY

Sunday February 10 I get on a Bx9 bus at 231st and Broadway. It was a cold day if you'll remember. The AIR CONDITIONING was on FULL BLAST blowing right down on me from 231st and Broadway all the way over to Fordham Rd. where I finally got off the bus!

Same day. The #1 train coming uptown! AIR CONDITIONING AGAIN!

What the hell's wrong with you people? Brain dead? And in the summer I have to sweat almost to the point of passing out because the busses and trains are so HOT!
