Hi to all!! I have two little girls that are excited about the Alabama International Miss pageant that will be held in Mobile this weekend (June 13th).
This is our first year participating in about 8 years - - I want to confirm that the pageant is at Baker High School and also see if anyone can give me any additional information on Registration times (and location) for Friday.

Hey IM Friends, as you know the Miss America Pageant is coming up in Las Vegas with finals to air on TLC on January 24. Bailee and I were given front row seat tickets since she was a MAOT 2007 National Princess and we will be there in Vegas on final night! The Miss America section of the TLC website has lots of fun stuff to look at including some photo polls, but my favorite is an interactive called "Crown Yourself". Go try it out, it's so much fun! Some of you may remember the little girl who was supposed to be at the 2007 Nationals but found out she had cancer so she couldn't come. Anyway, I found out that she passed away on November 26. She was 3 years old. Please keep her family in your prayers especially during the holidays!!

We never had the pleasure of meeting her, but felt like we knew her. I can not imagine what her family is going through, but hope they find peace. God will see them through. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our pageant friends. Although the economy is rough and money is tight, we want to encourage you to think of all the blessings you have in your life. If you have a chance to bless someone else, it is a great time of year to do so! We have been collecting food for the local food bank and also helped sponsor the "Room At The Inn" program at church that feeds and shelters the homeless. We are so sorry we cannot attend the Christmas Party this year, but each of you will be in our prayers as you travel. Smile pretty for the pictures:) Merry Christmas and remember, Jesus is the reason for the season!

WOW! What an incredible weekend we had at International Miss Nationals! Thanks so much to Mrs. Dot and Mr Mike for working so hard to make it a great pageant. Emily had so much fun and met some wonderful friends and got to catch up with her old ones. We are so honored to be able to represent IM with our pageant sisters, Layla, Bayleigh, Kaylen, Dakota, Morgan and Arielle!It's going to be a great year girls! The parents were top notch, very friendly and helpful. We had an 8 hour trip back to TN and Emily fell asleep holding her crown. She told me that this weekend was the best weekend of her whole life. (That made the trip PERFECT as far as I was concerned). We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Warm Coats From warm Hearts is a program that collects coats and jackets to be distributed throughout the Middle Tennessee area to those in need. There is no charge for the coats and each one comes with a special bible verse in the pocket:)Thanks to all the kind souls, including our own International Miss National Royalty, who pulled together to make the Warm Coats for Warm Hearts a great success this year!
