I took this shot in an area that is
protected so that the Sea Turtles
can lay their eggs and return to
the sea unobstructed.

They built a two mile winding boardwalk
through the reserve.

The turtles follow the light of the moon
when they come ashore so even car lights
can cause them to be confused and upset
their mating environment.

Anyway, I enjoy going there early right
before sunrise to run the boardwalk.

Then after the sun rises I like to watch
them and take a picture here and there.

Just a little background.
