well, the external CSS allows you to put in the one line of code and change every aspect of your board all at once. I've finally succeeded in getting almost every board on CM hooked up to my sablesheep account, which means that when it comes time to change layouts again all that I have to do is change the css on that one page and the whole site will be synced up ^_^
so if you want to make your life really easy, you can link to the external style sheet thru the advanced settings on your voy board page and basically let me do all of the work for you.
