In a way I do agree with Aarika's point of view because the Vietnamese were incredibly smarter than the US at this point in time. They knew the US wouldn't keep its troops their forever, so they went along with what we wanted. But as soon as our troops pulled out, Vietnam did what it wanted to do from the beginning and became a communist power. The US is in Iraq accomplishing nothing because their has to be someone who is willing to take over the power in Iraq that is supposed to work under the strict views of Sadam, or one of his family members. I just don"t believe it is going to be that easy, I also don't think Iraq is going to give up, their willing to fight for what the want, but in a patient, inteligent manner.
