I have been growing a grapfruit tree from a seed from an actual grapfruit. The tree is 10ft tall now and I was told that in order for it to bear fruit, I must splice one of the branches with a branch from a grapfruit tree that is fruit bearing. What is the best way at doing this and are there any other suggestions as to how to get my tree to bear fruit? How many places do I slice it? Why does this work.
