Hello Mr Goben,
I'm an instructor in shotokan karate in Portsmouth England, I understand that you would like some new ideas for demonstrations this summer, Well I hope I can help. Depending on the lenght of your demo, ie day events for a week or for the whole summer.

Board braking and kata's are great to start any event but to keep your audience captivated I would suggest weapon demonstrations and choreographed fight scenes of hand to hand combat with one and multi opponents, you then have a multitude of options from here, Kata's with weapons, demo on how you can defend yourself against weapon attacks.

Hope these ideas are of help, but if i'm way off the mark then e-mail me back and i'll see what else i can come up with.
