This has been a long and hard year for me and I am so glad to finally see a happy ending to an otherwise, miserable situation! The BIG ANNOUNCEMENT of the SALE is being made public today. I will allow the NEW OWNER to announce her name, etc., as she is getting her business plan in order, but I wanted to make one last statement on my behalf to my customers and friends alike. I wanted to take a moment to say “Thank you!!!!” to the hundreds of supportive emails that I have received over the last several months as I have undergone some major health issues. Obviously my health has effected the way that KPB has been ran over the last 9 months, and I am sincerely sorry for all of the inconveniences that have been caused. I strongly feel that the sale of KPB is in everyone’s best interest. I am no longer able to run this business alone as it should be run! The new owner is FABULOUS and has a lot of great business ideas and is very creative! Her designs will prove to be OUT OF THIS WORLD! I understand that there are a few open orders still left to be processed but I can assure you that the completion of these orders are a top priority to me and were a major part of our business negotiations. ALL OPEN ORDERS WILL BE EXPEDITED! IF YOU HAVE AN OPEN ORDER WITH KPB, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. I will continue to work for KPB on a very part-time basis, however, all business decisions will be the responsibility of the new owner! I am very excited that my new role in KPB will allow me to utilize my creativity and bring the fun back into designing. I will continue to be active in pageants with my daughter Mariah on a limited basis as well. Mariah really misses being on stage, seeing her friends and is looking forward to competing again soon! Lastly, I ask that you give KPB a chance to make everything right. The new owner is overwhelmed with excitement and has assured me that she will make customer service and quality her top priorities!
