For the last 3 weeks, ive been suppose to keep my foot up. I went to the dr. for what I thought was a spider bite on the bottom of my foot..she gave me antibiotic, and more blisters appeared. She sent me to a speacialist, and he gave me two different creams to put on them, and also more antibiotic. He took one look at my foot and said your diabetic aren't you? and i said yes. He said it was Diabetic B (something) he had such a accent I couldnt understand him. But he did say if these blisters, go into ulcers, im at risk for loosing my foot. In the pic. some of the blisters dont show, i have them below my last 3 toes on that pad thing on the bottom of your foot, not counting the ones inbetween my toes. and every little place on my foot that shows up is new ones forming, they start out small, and grow. Im in so much pain i can hardly stand it, plus if i do walk, i have to walk on my heel..........please please watch your feet carefully ladies.

Oh My Gosh!! Please take care & do what the Drs. say. We don't want you losing a foot to that darn diabetes.
Three weeks? I am no expert but if it was "MY" foot and not healing & still causing PAIN I would go back to the Dr. or better yet get a second opinion. Just my 2 cents worth. Keep us posted when you can.

the appt, i had last thurs. was a second opinion, im so frustrated, ive got more blisters that are forming since i took that pic this morning. My husband brought me home some crutches this evenning. I will keep ya all posted though. ((((((hugs))))))
