Subject: Whats for dinner tonight?

I am baking a chicken & making a side of dressing & probably some green beans. No dessert tonight because we had dessert once this week (mini cheesecakes).
I am tweaking my dressing recipe so DH can have it to. I usually use a full pan of cornbread & some dry bread. I will use less cornbread & wheat bread instead of white. My chicken stock is low-fat & salt free (good for me). Think I will throw some mushrooms in with the onions & celery.
Soooooooo.....what's for dinner at your house tonight?

Hi Willow! I had to work midnight last night so I took a nap and didnt cook. I think I had a sandwhich and some cantalope. I am just gonna throw something in the oven tonight. BUT tomorrow I am making some roast!! Yum Yum. I have been waiting to make this forever but it was tooo hot. It is supposed to be low 60's so it is perfect weather to use the oven. Might make my 2 ingredient cake tonight while I do laundry.

Have a good one

wendy
