Today was a great day for a run! Jackie and Pam ran 8 miles and Jill and I ran 10. The weather was perfect! If your not able to complete as many miles as we do don't let that discourage you from running with us. We can always incorporate your running level in with ours. We can run something short like the 5k route with those who are just beginning or haven't run for a while . We can then do another 2 mile run etc. for those who want something longer. So come out and run with us!

We will be running Monday at 5. Hope to see you there!
