We had a great run last night with 9 runners - Amy, Crystal, Melody, Jill, Jackie, Tony, Mary, Pam and myself! It is so awesome and motivating to have such a great group of people to run with!

Tony said that there is only 20 weeks until the Columbus Marathon and 16(?) until Wright Patterson so if you are thinking of running the half or the whole now is a great time to get started and build up a base. The weather is supposed to be great all week. We will be running Weds. at 5 pm. Hope to see you there!
