Just a reminder...come to Damon's Shawnee Room at 5:30 tomorrow night ready to: Learn some useful info for eating right as an athlete; we are privileged to have a real Dietician sharing her knowledge with us! This should especially help those of us who have some questions, since we will have a few minutes for a Q&A Time if this is acceptable and I think it will be...so bring your questions... Win a prize...if you have the Most Unusual, Most Valuable or Funniest item found while in an athletic activity. For example: you found a baseball card which was somewhat unusual or valuable while hiking or running a Shawnee Forest trail...enter it in the unusual or valuable category. Example: You found a discarded hat with a funny saying while walking in the Komen Walk...bring it for the funny category. You get the idea...enter one or all three categories...it's just for fun...and it will be interesting if we can get enough participation...so WE NEED YOUR ITEMS...! Eat a great dessert...yes!
