That's right...I allowed myself to use the sorry and pathetic excuse of being "too busy and stressed out" the first week of school to get in my runs...hmm...
How did that work for me?
I got MORE stressed out because I wasn't doing what would have helped me be a lot LESS stressed AND get my busy stuff done so MUCH better and faster...which was: Run, Run, RUN!..

I don't love poor choices I have to learn from...but...
I SURE DO LOVE RUNNING!
