Hi Everyone,

Don't forget your running/walking shoes for the Counseling Center...Peggy will be collecting and delivering....also, Jill needs people from our club to join the Spin Dawg Contest by Friday. I believe you simply pay 7 bucks and report your 30 min blocks of exercise to help the group reach 500 miles FIRST. Jill is very competitive...so I expect the Spin Dawgs will be awesome performers...consider joining if you can help out...and get with Jill for more info...
