Good work, Good Job, Congrats, and Don't Quit to all the runners and walkers who finished races yesterday...and from all I hear...there was a good turnout...and as usually happens when a bunch of 4 Lifer's gather up...it was a great time. The weather was awesome and was simply one of those days saying "Come On...Get Out Here...Do it! Do it!" AND YOU DID! One of the observations I have made through the years is this: It is so exciting when another season comes around, seeing and feeling all the change...you can say to yourself now....I ran/walked through Winter, Spring, Summer and soon...FALL!!...or however much you have done so far! I love it! I love the memories, too. Another thing I love...our meetings...we are getting SO MUCH done! Don't miss meeting with YOUR 4 Life group of friends and encouragers this Thursday at 5:30, Damon's. You'll be glad you did! Karen PS...Let's firm up more race stuff and get plans going for Thanksgiving and Christmas...remember...meeting VIP stuff...first 45 minutes, then you can take off...but try for the 45....PLEASE...every single person's input makes a difference...as we see every meeting! And don't forget...whether you eat or have already had supper...dessert will be there...and I can't wait...I think Marsha is doing some amazing cookies and maybe Jill a cake...
