Date Posted: 11:03:24 09/26/09 Sat Jackie and I started out on our 20 mile run today. It hadnt started to rain yet so we were determined we'd be able to get it done. Right around the cemetary it started a light rain but we forged ahead. Jackie had her hat on and we dont mind running in the rain. We had a 20 mile run to complete. As we kept running it kept raining. Around Sheridan we heard a little thunder but kept on running. We kept hearing a little thunder here and there and kept on determined to get it done. On 23 we saw a lightening flash and thought we'd keep an eye on it. It lighteneding again as we were going down 23. At the end of 23 before we went up the viadock I asked Jackie what she thought we should do. Before she could answer there was another big lightening strick and more thunder. We let that be are sign and quit for the day. So we got our Monday run in and we will try to get er done tomorrow afternoon some time.
