All of the hard training is done and it is time to let our bodies recover for the big day! The mileage for this week is the following: Monday 4 miles Tues. 3 miles Weds. 6 miles Thurs. 3 miles Sat. 8 miles We will be running Monday at 5:30 pm. Hope to see you there!
