Hi Everyone!

Running is sooooo good right now...don't miss out on the FALL season...it is soooo worth it....like every run is!! Next is winter...make your running do all four seasons...then see how you feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meeting at Damon's is THIS Thursday evening at 5:30! Don't stay home...we need your help and input so we can stay "on game plan" for our run in April!!

And...we do have some NEW stuff going on for the race...you might like it!

Promise to get the vip stuff done in 45...eat if you want or simply do dessert with everyone else!

PS...Local runs at Marshall (relay.....soooo fun for every level out there!) plus the all important TURKEY TROT plus other runs will be discussed). Next Fundraiser and our SUPER FUN holiday get togethers are all on the agenda...let's get'er done...and have a bit of fun!
