Hey Everyone...

Rue Sanders, a well known Portsmouth runner, marathoner and triathlete...and certainly much loved member of 4 Life, is doing the half at Marshall tomorrow...send him a Good Run Wish...or give him a call!

Reminder...I need to hear back about baked goods to sell and who can work and bake for a sale at Walmart...or hear back we cannot pull this off at this time...INPUT..INPUT...please?
