Hi Everyone!

Life gives me only so many runs,

I'll take each one I get,

I'll make the most of it,

I'll not complain.

I never know if I'll get another one!

Thanksgiving meeting is this Thursday at Golden Corral Restaurant. We have the meeting room directly to the right after getting through the line. It has the glass windows around it and is to the right and front of the restaurant. They are expecting us. As always, you do not have to eat...your schedule counts...we just need you to come and connect with other trying to get healthier people and talk for a bit!

Please come and bring your family and friends. Meeting will be short and sweet!
