Minutes...Minutes...Minutes...Minutes...Minutes...Minutes 4 Life Runners Thanksgiving Meeting Minutes November 19, 2009, 5:30, at Golden Corral Our newest 4 Life Runner member was welcomed to the group Beautiful Baby Caden Wells son of Liza wells. Attendance Karen Smith, Henry Smith, Miracle, Jill Adkins, Doug Adkins, Chole Bryant, Mary Adkins, Jody Adkins, Jackie Journey, Rue Sanders, Tony Coburn, Pat Coburn, Peggy Kindinger, Liza Wells, Caden Wells, and Andrea Charles CONGRATULATIONS to Mary Adkins for winning the prize for naming the most ways to use a Hotel Card!!!! The food was YUMMY, but most of all we enjoyed a fun and relaxing dinner with our family and friends. We also got to met Baby Caden. CHRISTMAS TREE FUNDRAISER 4 Life Runners are raffling off a Christmas Tree (Candy Land Theme). All proceeds will go to the Salvation Army’s Fathers Table and The Challengers League. The tree will be on display at J&J’s stitching (Jackie’s Shirt Shop) Drawing will be held on December 5th Price of the Raffle Tickets: $1 a piece. Tickets/Money MUST be turned into Jackie Journey by December 4th Make sure the Name and Number of the person you are selling the raffle ticket too is on the ticket that will be turned in. Everyone took at least 25 tickets to sale. For those who were unable to attend the meeting and wish too sale some tickets or anyone who needs extra tickets please contact Jill, Mary, or Karen. The BIGGEST seller will win a 4 Life Runner Shirt…… Sale, sale, sale and sale some more. THANKS! JILL 4 your much appreciated HARD work on Decorating THE BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS TREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mary, Jill, Tony, Karen, and Andrea are researching ways to make The 4 Life Runners website more user friendly. If anyone else has any input please email Karen. Our next meeting will be held at Toro Loco (next to Aldi’s) in the meeting room on December 10th at 5:30 pm. EVERYONE is encouraged to attend and to bring along family and friends as we plan to once again enjoy a fun and relaxing Christmas Dinner.
