Boy, 12yo, North America, extensive internal pelvic assessment at school

I am male. It happened in North America. Before 1970. 12 years old . Doctor called parents. I went there alone by myself to a special medical room in the school apart from the nurse's office. It happened all children in my school of the age group.

PREPARATIONS

They washed me before the exam. I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach. I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices.

I got anesthesia gas to breath in through a mask.

WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THE PROCEDURE

They did some other type of test with advanced machines. They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device. They inspected the inside of my urethra and bladder with a scope.

They took specimens from my urethra with a tube. They inspected my anus with a speculum. The doctor explored my anus with a finger.

ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE EXAM

They held me inconscious for some hours. I had a tube going in through my anus. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam. Then i showered and dressed.


THE SCOOL I ATTENDED

I attended public boarding school.


COMMENTS

Several communities around the World subject all preeteen kids to an extensive pelvic exam that includes genital assessments, cystoscopy and assessment of the anal region, anus and lower digestive system.

Some communities have big schools that include an advanced medical department that sometimes amount to a little hospital, in adition to the ordinary school nurse's office. In these cases the pelvic assessment is typically done at the school.

The boy surely underwent cystoscopy. It is difficult to know if the intervention through his anus mainly was done to assess the prostate region and pelvic zones in general or they also did a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy. Even though he did not tell it, they certainly did a pelvic assessment with an ultrasond probe inserteed through his anus too.

The exam he undervent had among other purposes, getting an exact picture of his development stage, and examinations not contributing to that purpose perhaps did not occur.

The boy got anesthesia with gas to make him uncoscious, and then held in an unconscious state afterwards, probably with intravenous anesthesia, and with a tube through his anus.

He had a tube iserted through his anus. He probably also had a catheter and electrodes, but these were possibly taken away before he woke up.

I guess they studied his physiological functions during the time he was held unconscious.

Possibly they made some adjustments in his lower digestive system or urethra and he was held uncoscious also to let things settle.

Possibly they used him in a scientific program too.
