As said, a thorrough inspection of the anal region with specimen taking from the anus is typical of these exams. So also are a similar inspection of the genitals.

Also inspections inside the mouth and nose of all the details with specimen taking is done.

By these inspections also photographs are taken from these regions with a colposcope, a magnifying camera.

Total body inspections in naked state under bright light with photographic recording are also done.

Also they surely interrogated him thoroughly.

The boy does not tell about all these procedures that were surely done.

One other possible reason for this, was that he does not remeber it because of anesthesia. By such exams kids are given strong anestghesia that does not necessarily make them sleep, but takes away memory.

In such a drugged state they are also likely to answer questions without thinking about what they say, and the bodily reactions are recorded and noticed.

The reason he so well remember the anal, rectal and stomach procedures is probably that these gave more intense feelings and these feelings stimulate memory.
